i'm sick of that kind of BULL****.

it'll never stop though... if it took almost a year to try to put Mozillo up for some type of charges... they'll never go after these people. Not enough Cops to do it. Just like real cops but less of them.... they don't go after the guy who steals 2 loafs of bread and toothpaste... they go after the guy selling 10 pounds of heroine.

Not sure i agree that BAC will be up tomorrow.. but we'll see. It won't go below 10$ though... at least not until all the fat cats can unload their **** on everyone else.

Did anybody here own BAC? Call your attorney. I think its time we all buy one share of financial stocks, that way we can file suit and ask for discovery. Doesn't matter does it what your loss is does it. If you have been damaged you can sue.

gotta find a pro-bono guy to do that... plus a tough case...

BAC will say it isn't their fault that rumors fly around and affect their share price.

you'll have to definitively prove that information was passed out.. which most likely would have to be tracked back to 1 or 2 text messages somewhere. And even if you did that... they'll say that guy released information without their knowledge and fire him.

Ran IOIA on BAC today from BB terminal (never knew about the function until I read the zerohedge post), GS was #3 in shares moved IIRC.

Yes. +1 from me (Brett and Chummin , if you will oblige when the time comes) as an audio witness on that GS being a quiet paper seller, even when we were down to NINE evens.

The Cops arent coming, It has now been left to us..... the American people.

We are standing here watching our economy our society our culture burning to the ground. Its as if we just keep calling the fire dept. and they are not going to respond. They are busy finding out who gave blow job to who ? Did Monica blew Clinton ? or did Spitzer got from the *****s ?

I always believed that stock mkt all over the world are traded on rampant insider information. During 2000 dot bomb time, CEOs openly shared information with buddies. Imclone guy and Martha Stewart for example. So 1% got caught.

Now they do it without a trace. That's all.

I can answer the nagging question "why"
let us compare the tidal wave of credit defaults with the stated objective of gov't regulators: they will earn their way out of this.
How the hell do you expect a firm like GS or BAC to earn its way out from under a tidal wave of **** without cheating?

Let's get real here. The SEC is worse than useless; it is a hindrance.
