Good point linking Fed bailout money to 8k filings.

God forbid transparency might cause these agencies and corporate leadership to start following the rules.

Oh wow.

Wow, oh.

Owned.

That is all.

EDIT: Yeah Murf, the 8K is the linchpin. There's no arguing around that.

KD you're being very conservative by saying Fed secrecy has gone too far for only a decade. One can make the argument it's been going on 99 years since 7 bankers wrote the Federal Reserve Act in total secrecy.

With regard to the ClearingHouse beating its chest, it was a waste of their time. The Court already considered the potential prejudice of this with respect to the Term Reports and gave it a big Family Feud Red X.

Karl, would you consider using this information and filing an Amicus Curiae with the court?

It feels like the worm is turning. Very tense. Anyone notice how there was a twist on the volume nob of bad news in the last week or so? A more potent brew it seems.

It's odd really, if you think about it. The people are being completely hosed by the bankers, and they justly want information on the Fed's secret Ponzi shenanigans. However, when/if they/we get that information there will be a total loss of confidence (the only thing that supports a fiat checkbook republic like ours), and the government/nation/world economy will fail/default/erupt leading to... (fill in the blank)

So. Where does it go? Damned if we do find out, and surely damned if we don't stop the Fed gone wild. Tick Tock

How much longer. I can't imagine much. Something has got to give?...

I wonder how many banks go under today? Very tense.

When is the FOIA scheduled for release by court order? August 31st, Monday, right?

It's not the discovery of the lie, per se, it's the fear about what the next person might do now that the lie has become an issue.

Classic Ponzi scheme. Everybody is happy to make money being the next greater fool when there are more fools lined up to be next, but nobody wants to be the last fool in the line.

The whole system is bull**** if everybody believes it is bull****. It's not bull**** even if it really is bull**** if everyone believes it is not bull****.

Yup we can add racketeering charges to all the pump monkeys, Keynesian economists, and fraud enablers from the beltway to Wall Street. They could care less about mainstreet, seems we are just useless consumers to them. See how often the MSM refers to sovereign people, flesh and blood with souls as taxpayers instead of citizens. That would be an interesting statistic.

Karl, GREAT work! For those who want to search the SEC filings, here is the starting point.

You can then define the search for 8-k...

Whenever Karl hits a lick like he did today, I print off a copy of The Ticker and mail to my local Federal Reserve Bank president. Also, I send a copy to the chairpersons of the advisory committees who appear (in our area anyway)to be normal business people.

Earlier this year I talked to a local small town banker who is on one of the local Fed advosory committees. He said that the committee members have been asking some rather pointed questions and that their Fed president got rather defensive.

I do think they are taking notice and feel the heat.

We realize these guys (the financial oligarchy) are like the Taliban, right? Despicable but very very determined and are absolutely intent on going right to the wall without stopping and taking as many people down with them as they can, rules be damned. They are not going to stop unless removed. That's what we're dealing with.
