Great Ticker. I think you and Jim Kunstler (this week, see "General") really nail it as to where this is going. A bad moon rising, indeed.

While I agree, looks like this rally could go on for months, the problem I have going long is that we could wake up at any point to a bond market dislocation that crushes equities.

I thought we were in for a multi month rally, and maybe still are. But the irony, imho, is that the Fed's actions have hastened the end of it. If they had just stfu we would still be in rally mode. But BB opens his mouth, we get rocket shots, then reality sets in about how desperate the situation is.

Great Ticker Karl... I'm trying to understand the buying Long Bond curve, as now I can see what your trying to say.. It's close to "Game Over"... There is NO,NONE,nadda back-up plan folks! So in reality, I may, (and other TF members) have roughly 6 months before TSHTF, maybe more or less.. Get your "back-up" plan in high gear, folks.. I hope, sincerly HOPE, I can move Me and My 2 Daughters out into the country, on the other side of the Cape Fear River Bridge, Lord Willing, after I finish harvesting the rest of My garden. And get My broken car fixed, (body parts). Telsa, the banks may report significant earnings due to a steepened curve and a relaxation of M2M prompting a rally. The question to me is will the street buy the BS balance sheet "earnings". That is if you cover the stinking corpse is there still a dead guy in the room? To me the answer is obvious but I'm less than convinced the equity markets will agree initially.

Anything you have smelled out on Russia? Putin has been preaching against the Dollar and the "U.S. hegemony" for a while now. They are rearming to the teeth and asserting themselves again. Is this the "end game" that China and Russia might be working on? I think what you have pointed out is as much political as it is economic. Last modified:

Where is the money coming from in this rally that began on March 9? Dougie Kass called it prior and said this would be a generational LOW. Let's see what happens. If this rally has track, then I replant my question again. WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM?

If that chart is correct it ends the discussion of what mark to market lift will accomplish.
