Yeah and I don't have the temp quite right on this one - its a new coffee for me so the extraction was a bit sour. Must crank up the temp just a couple of degrees. Still, its good ****. No big surprise here. What other agency wants to be "Marko Polo'd"? Warren put his dick in a box and SOMEONE needed to come chop it off, lest they wind up in front of Congress like those SEC fools. What did this "investigation take"? 10 minutes to read the screed and 5 minutes to call up a friend at Citimortgage for documents (that they hopefully kept on file)? A step in the right direction, but the cops better start galloping soon.

A second to ruffcut. Also, most RICO investigations don't begin at the top. Once they get Chris in hand they'll offer some inducements to sing (like concurrent rather than consecutive sentences for his crimes). And given that he put his confession on his company's website, Mr. Warren seems quite willing to sing. BTW - Chris, if you are reading this, turn yourself in immediately. Being arrested is not your worst nightmare - remember you pointed your fingers at others who may not respect your rights as much as the feds.

WTF is the IRS prosecuting bank crimes for? Where is the justice dept? I very clearly read that the falsified documents were contradictory and both were in the possession of Citimortgage. So where is the criminal enterprise, mortgage fraud charge against the loan officer who looked the other way and funded this mortgage? We are in a world of hurt if only the IRS will take on these cases.

Let's hope he doesn't head up anything. His lack of integrity prior to last month is too little, too late. However, he should turn himself in and provide state's evidence as that will prolong his life and also, help vindicate himself. A bigger issue than incompetence is a lack of integrity in all of our leaders.
