NO ****ING WAY! Un****ingreal if this is ****ing true, and if they had a node or a ****ing series of nodes within NYSE just to feed off the tcpdump pipe, I'll be ****ing UP IN ARMS against NYSE itself! Hell! Even NASDAQ is asking for answers from ****ing NYSE! On that day that we had the 15-minute extention, what the **** were they doing? Yeah and Goldman had the biggest bonuses ever, where's the boiled rope? Second thought, don't boil it let them swing for awhile. Somebody better freeze those bonuses and claw them back if this is really fraud.

Obs, without an EXPLICIT command to do so point-to-point IP traffic over a network switch is NOT VISIBLE to anyone other than the recipient and sender. The allegation in The Daily Kos isn't just that Goldman had such code - it is that The NYSE put the switch into promiscuous mode for the specific purpose of exposing the transaction stream to Goldman! ---------- I used to play flute; I wonder if I can play a fife? Just like the smuggled US Treasury bonds story as of late, the more explosive the outcome is if discovered true, the greater the certainty that heaven and earth will be moved to cover it up and deny any and all related details. I really hope the daily KOS story is found out to be a hoax. The implications of such computer crimes on a supposedly open market will be far reaching a nuclear bomb to the very fabric of our economy. Talk about one of the more unethical acts ever exposed in the news. Of course you're going to make the biggest profit in history when you see the dealers cards before they are even dealt. Guys, do you know what that means? Look back, and count. When the **** did all this **** happen with the GS + SLP? April. It could be late March, but definitely starting from April. Just 2 weeks before my trip to Disney. It was the ONLY WAY for underwater firms to release right at distribution levels of 950 to 930 (I caught them doing that TWICE end of June). Thus you now have to ask yourself : where is the TRUE VWAP for the /ES and the rest of the issues? Just where? ---------- It's the people in power having to admit that they know ...
