check out these mods in Sec. 110 MODIFICATIONS.—In the case of a residen14 tial mortgage loan, modifications made under para15 graph (1) may include— 16 (A) reduction in interest rates; 17 (B) reduction of loan principal; and 18 (C) other similar modifications. So paulson can adjust the original purchase price. Contracts now are worthless.

sec. 113. Any warrant representing securities to be received by the Secretary under this subsection shall contain antidilution provisions of the type employed in cap1ital market transactions, as determined by the Secretary. Such provisions shall protect the value of the securities from market transactions such as stock splits, stock distributions, dividends, and other distributions, mergers, and other forms of reorganization or recapitalization. No Recapitalizations or distribution of profits. I cant believe this is a american document.

I think this bill will save the day. They'll be able to keep the balls in the air past election day. Aint gonna keep them up forever though. The bill alone isn't gonna save it though.
