Karl, I think you and Hedgie are going to have a great deal more success in getting your message across with these videos than you have in the past with the petitions. Politics is loathe to "rantings" -- however stuffy it sounds. You can get the people who are cool with rants (they feel the same way!), but the rest just run away from it or use it as an excuse to ignore your point. The "educational" aspect is key too -- to get the issue outside of a narrow trader/investor audience, we need to communicate what is going on to people whose heads haven't been in the middle of it for years. It is completely esoteric to anybody outside of the financial industry. That's exactly how they got away with this crap ... they made sure as few people as possible understood (therefore, cared) what the hell they were doing. ---------- In religion and politics people's beliefs and convictions are in almost every case gotten at second-hand, and without examination, from authorities who have not themselves examined the questions at issue but have taken them at second-hand from other non-examiners, whose opinions about them were not worth a brass f Last modified:

Downloaded the .flv file, tried it as a DivX MPEG...it worked and all, but ran into the fact that most people probably don't have DivX installed, so I'm going to try .avi instead.
